at first i was pissed off about the article, beacuse his car suddenly wasnt there because he got into an accident, THEN i remembered how wiht ferrari's you sign a contract and that if you ever get into an accident that was caused by you, they have the right to take it back and not refund the money.

i wish you would reclairify this for me do you mean they sign a paper saying that if you wreck it due to their fault they wont take it back and you still have to pay for it? and if you are saying that then isnt that the same way when you buy any car?

I would assume insurance would give him cash though

umm all it said was that the car got messed up bc of a pothole, and if that was the case you could prob sue the city for not having the pothole fixed
