this one be mine. my new toy. .45 wildey mag. |
I'm a-skeered of guns. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/sad.png
Instead, I have a couple dogs, and a large pipe with a nut threaded on the end. |
Either a Glock 21 or a DE .50!!!
|
it depends on what the gun is to be used for, i have favorites but all for different purposes.
kevin. |
bah, i don't like the desert eagle that much. too expensive, to both buy and shoot. it's heavy, and not exactly the most reliable handgun on the planet.
i like a colt python .357, colt redhawk .44mag, beretta 92/96, colt 1911. for rifles, ruger mini14, ar-15. i haven't shot a lot of shotguns(maybe 4 different), but my favourite of the bunch is the winchester model 101, a beautiful 12ga over and under that i use for skeet. |
I don't have time to shoot pics, but Glock 23 is what I carry if I carry. Also have a Ruger P91-DC it's way to heavy to pack though.

Not mine, one of my employees / he told me to call on the Nextel if I ever need him to come over with them.
|
He also has a 50 cal desert eagle.
|
I love a short barrel 10 gauge with 00 buck shot.
the "instant carnage/chaos" factor is through the roof, and it is a universal gun... it can be used for groups of people, cars, doors, scaring people, large rodents, you name it. It's not the most accurate gut, but I believe in accuracy by volume anyways. |
easily the barrett .50 cal
|
Mines gotta be the Walther P99
Bond James Bond Shaken, not stirred For real though I was in the Navy and I got real fond of Berreta M9. But on the civvy side I love the P99 9mm not the SW .40 cal. I could not find a pic, but it has a sweet profile and muscular looking frame. Mostly polymer and no hammer. It uses a striker. BAD ASS https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...O_DIR#>/ar.gif |

Here is a pic of A Walther P99 but not mine
|
I have had this SKS for a while. It needs alot of work.
The action sucks, it jams all the time and the balance sucks aswell. I keep meaning to do some work on it but seeing as how I am not out killing i get side tracked with my rx7 and stuff. |
I need to take a few pics of the arsenal.
My favorite is the Browning A5 semiauto 12 gauge. Its the 'Ducks Unlimited' anneversery edition. Mabye ill get some pics, but damn that is a very very sweet shotgun. LOL i have a skeet thrower mounted onto my back deck https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/ohmy.png If any of you guys wanna come over and play with guns let me know https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png |

It's a Saiga 7.62, also known as an AK47. Semi auto, pre ban, one 5 round mag, one 10 round mag, firing hollowpoint Russian surplus rounds... |
SigSauer P226, 9mm.
My family doesn't own any guns, but I had access through a friend, and occasionally used his. I liked the feel of the Sig and the 15-round capacity. Didn't enjoy handling the Colt 1991 .45 much, and I've never touched his HK USP. |

Nothing fancy, but I love my Browning Hi-Power. It's got to be the easiest pistol to break down. And with the Pachmayer grips its pretty darn comfortable. I believe that design is the most widely used military sidearm in the world.
I like my Colt .45 also, but it's not near as pretty as the Browning. Not near as elegantly simple, either. |
I also like the browning hp. I prefer the .40 also with the pachmyre

Barrett M-82A1 (XM107) Caliber: .50 BMG Magazine: 10-shot detachable box magazine Barrel: 29" Weight: 32.5 lbs Length: 57" overall Stock: Composite with Sorbothane recoil pad. Sights: Scope with ironsights. Max Eff. Range 1830 meters Features: Semi-automatic Recoil operated Recoiling barrel to reduce felt recoil Highly effective Muzzle Brake Three-lug locking bolt Self leveling bi-pod Barrett claims 1 MOA with match ammunition Believe it or not, the M82A1 is not that bad to shoot. The spotter actually suffers more than the shooter (Due to the muzzle brake sending the concussion out and back, usually right into the spotters face). While the potential for extreme long range shooting is there, the current military ammo is not up to the task. There is no military match ammo, and that really kills the accuracy potential of this rifle. Even with match ammo, the rifle will have a hard time holding its claimed 1 MOA, there is just too many moving parts. But, for its designed purpose as a long range hard target interdiction rifle, the M82A1 is hard to beat! Its semi-auto, 10 round capability against a light skinned APC is outstanding. I do not consider .50 BMG rifles true sniper rifles, they are much too large and heavy to be carried easily and effectively while a sniper team operates. I do feel they have an important role and should be in the inventory, but don't fool yourself into thinking they are an everyday sniper rifle. Use them when the mission dictates, which might include overwatch positions (where little movement is involved), defensive positions, small hunter teams searching hard targets (where more then just the sniper team goes out), etc. Because I do not consider the .50's a true sniper rifle, I have not really included any on my page, but the M82A1 is used by just about everyone, and its what I've been trained on, so I have included it on my page. UPDATE The US Army has officially adopted the M82A1 as their special purpose long range sniper rifle. Believe it or not, a bolt action won the trials but for reasons not entirely clear, the US Army decided to adopt the M82A1M (The M has a few modifications over the USMC M82A3). The official designation for the rifle is XM107 Long Range Sniper Rifle. The max effective ranges are listed as 1500 meters at materiel targets, and 1000 meters at personnel. |
we have those 50 cals in the air force, we use them to go to enemy airfields to disable the enemy aircraft, alot easier and safter to take snipers in then to bring in bombers but they had an article about snipers and the guns they use and they use 50 cals to take out aircraft and equipment https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif
