Gas stations only put in 10% ethanol, which isn't enough to worry about. From what I've learned while living in an ethanol producing state (could be biased), it doesn't affect newer rubber seals, but it has the same true octane lowering characteristics as oxygenated gas, so be careful when putting it in a turbo car.
