Was it the TVR speed 6 or 12? Those are the only two cars that I can think of that might stand a chance.

not sure if they're british, but the veyron and the konnigseig-(sp) both claim to be able to beat the McLaren, but have not proven it on a track! was the car he talking about an actual production vehicle because McLaren claims fastest production vehicle not fastest vehicle.

i alwasy thought top speed was kind of a useless measure since you are never going to actually go that fast... and if you are then the odds are you'll never be able to afford a car that will take you that fast

Ever heard of John Carmack?

He owns a Ferrari GT(O) can't remember and I'm not a Ferrari aficionado...he rebuilt the engine, now it's an aluminum twin-turbo V12.

Anyways, he's the creator of all things cool: Doom and Quake.

yeah he's rich i hate him i will strive my entire life to achieve 1/5 of what he has..........am i bitter YES. stupid programers and their ferrari sports cars.
