I think that its illegal for them to pull you over in an unmarked car and in normal clothes. They have to have a offical car or a uniform. At least its that way in Indiana.

We had a police Crown Vic with us at our drag event and it only pulled 15.4s.

Cops here suck man, they hate rotor's. Even if your car is stock but you have an exhaust system on it they will stop you to tell you that it's to loud.
