I've emailed him, and PMed him asking about his a/c power steering setup, and haven't gotten any replies. I don't know if he is ignoring me, or if he doesn't check his mail very often.

Probably the FC bracket/pump with the FD pulley and a "special" belt.

if it were me, id just use the FD bracket, and cut the upper power steering section off.

the fc and fd compressors mount the same, so use the fc a/c only bracket with the fc compressor and the fd idler pulley, and a wierd belt

Thanks Mike. I wasn't sure whether or not the FD a/c pulley would mount to the FC compressor.

i've been trying to get ahold of him ince the summer. he said he could get me a deal on autometer gauges when we were at the nj bbq. i emailed pm'd on both forums and other things and got no reponse about the gauges. even after i talked to him online everytime a mention of the gauges came up he would disappear

Gordon doesn't know **** about actually working on Fd's If you talk to him for 5 min it's pretty obvious. If anything he has got to be the biggest ass in the whole 7 community, He blew up his car , blamed PFS even after a year and a half had passed and Gordo had KDR change the entire setup. So when Dave at KDR blows it up (like he does quite often from what I hear) Then he wants to blame PFS, Saying it blew up because it wasn't the original motor. Welll gordo the motor you had was fine. It was rebuilt to spec and your recipet and estimate both state "exchaged engine" But instead of accepting the fact that you made some bad descions and moving on with it. You whine about it like a baby all over the internet for a year or so. Claiming Peter is a con artist. We'll I know the guys at that shop pretty good and they are far from that. . He even sent me a PM once titled " Im a player and you're not" Hows that for being full of yourself? Well Gordo I knew enough to do my own work so when **** goes wrong I know who to blame. I for one am glad he is gone. :bigthumg: |

I wish I were naive enough to think that Fd3Boost would stop whining about him now that he's not around, but I just don't see that happening. I like the player reference, though, because you're sitting on the sidelines whining about the call.
