Getting better but being at work still isn't my cup of tea....



For the past 3 days i've been feeling that more then usual. I've been getting worse n worse for almost a week now.



the worst of it was the past two days. Broke the fever so no more super headach....



all I've been doing is straight up eating fruits, chicken noodle soup NON salted crackers n GREEN TEA!



no medicine for me. Like all my life i've been against it. Iono plus my moms a health nut.



So yea... who has the REMEDY that doesn't involve medicine.



NOte i've been working all this time TO. So staying home WOULD have helped.

Rest is probably the most important thing. Get lots of sleep. Drink lots of fluids--water and fruit juices. Not carbonated sodas or drinks that contain caffeine, which is a diuretic.

Lots of orange juice. Vitamin C

Long hot shower seems to work a bit. Maybe a sauna or steam.

warm lemonade with a splash of black berry brandy before bedd and some airborne is what I use.
