I turned my computer on this morning and it was running in 16bit color and had no mouse. I insalled the mouse again after getting sick of tabbing around trying to figure out what was up. I cant change the color settings or anything else. It will tr but after restarting its back to the same. This is the second time its happened last time i just reinstalled windows(that was 2 weeks ago). I was getting an error from run.dll but its stopped since i put the mouse in and removed some things from startup. Any suggestions?

Yup.. I heard bad stuff about ME and had problems with it all the tiime.. This Laptop has XP.. It is the best OS since win 95..
