[COLOR=green]What Is it that makes guys love cars. Not specificaly an RX7, but cars in general. For me its easy evey since I was 10 I can remeber Loving anything with an engine. Now that Im 18 my love has evolved from passion to obbsesion. Any reason for working on my car is a reason to be happy. I currently own 2 cars. One being an 85 RX7 gsl-se with a 13b. The car has been purchased from a friend that installed an alarm by hiself. It needed a wiring miracle, so I imediatly started to gut the alarm and highly rigged extras(neons, gages what have you) When I put everything back in order I was in for a big let down. The car still didnt start. I brought my dad into the mix who was a custom van modifier in the late 70's earlt 80's. He said there was no hope, the when he looked at the battery connection he noticed the fuse pannel in the engine bay was wired backwards, Thanks Louie. Well to make a long story short the wire that comes out of the battery terminal and connects to the pannel was ass backwards. The car is equiped rather nice. It contains A holley intake and carb, Racing beat header and exuaghst, Im going to have to say a short shifter because it doenst look stock, and a New distributer. The distributer has to be an advanced set up the retard and advance set up is a pull back not a slider. The motor is also rebuilt with 50,000 miles. Its also ported. I scored a hell of a deal on this car I bought it for 500 bucks. By the way if any one reads this let me know an aproximate time this car should run. And my other vehical is a 1990 chevy s10 blazer. this truck has balls.it ran i 16.5 stock 4.3liter 5spd . Back to cars, it must be the smell of rubber as tires burn off the milage their supposed to get. The sound of 2nd gear chirping as you run past the "ME TOO CAR" your racing. A me too car is a civic because most people ask what type of a car do you drive HONDA CIVIC oh for real ME TOO. Its corny I know but it makes me and rotory heads laugh. Well if any one finished reading this let me know why you love cars and what you drive on the streets, enlighten us include your mods and a brief history on how you obtained your ride IM OUT SUPRLOWRX7.
