I haven't spent a lot of time there. Does it have a history? Have people been abusive, or been on their best behavior (as usual)? Why did the shoutbox go away?

It's a proprietary 'hack' that phins installed pre-getting-hacked. When we were hacked, it was lost and not yet reinstated.
