Anybody ever cut this ****, I need to replace a small window in my boat that I lost in high seas in key west, I've tried scoring it both sides and breaking it, no luck, tried hack saw, just cracks it, was thinking my dad's radial arm saw, but I dunno.

Yeah, you need a fine tooth blade on a table saw. Or, a jigsaw. Or both. Leave the paper on until after you cut it. Is it Plexi, or lexan or what?

It's the cheap plexi with the blue paper, but i am seriously thinking of getting the lexan, it looks a alot sturdier.

Scroll saw works ok, with fine teeth.

I've cut the heavy stuff (near 1/4" thick) with a hacksaw with good results. A fine blade on a table saw or a jigsaw should work fine also. The stuff smells when you cut it.

Look in the yellow pages for any kind of plastic engineering. I just had them cut me eight 1/4" thick by 4 3/8" by 20 1/2" with 1/4" rounded corners for $25. I mean you can't beat the price and they do all the cutting for you, will even polish the edges if you like.

https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...withstupid.gif Some places have this hot wire kind of system that works like a jigsaw - I don't know if they work with plexiglass but they'll have something.

We used to use a grinder with a cutting wheel on it, that works really well.
