I marinate the chicken for at least an hour (preferably most of the day) in a mix of bbq sauce, old bay seasnoning, and season-all.



While its cooking a pour a little coors or corona on it. I use beer for alot of cooking, crabs especially.

I smother it with crystal Hot Sauce. and yeah full beer up the butt works.

The easiest bbq chicken that tastes amazing is to just get one of those bags of frozen breasts, dump in a half bottle of your favorite italian dressing and let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple days. Throw that on the charcoal grill and it tastes great!
