True. And you can't keep a lot of things in stock when you don't use a large markup. But I got real tired of the BS when I tried to find out what was happening with my orders. At least make it clear to your customers from the beginning. What harm is there in telling the truth?

true, no harm in letting them know when they are gunna recieve the item......... no point in leading customers on



chuch on the other hand........ gives you a trackin number, tells you when its gunna be sent out, great communication on every step of the process. great prices also

just curious-was your '99 spec front the jspec w/ molded license plate holder, i.e. Mazda, or was it another manufacturer?

I had a deal with Mazdatrix.....Great bunch of guys. Enjoyed talking with them on the phone. Had a little mishap but got it fixed mad fast yo!

Get a tracking number.

I have tried most of the stores and its hit or miss. I think I have seen complaints about every online store. I buy parts from the shops that are easy to reach on the phone. Most of these places never pickup the phone. As for the rx7store, I have had good luck with them. Easy to reach and got the product on time.

Mazdatrix has good service but their selection of aftermarket stuff sucks.
