so we went to berkley this weekend to go drinking, and i noticed that on the stoplight poles they have instructions on how to use a crosswalk. like the people who need instructions for a crosswalk, could READ instructions for a crosswalk.

The only group that benefits from such instructions are the morons who worked so hard to put them there.
