I was coming home from school about 30 minutes ago and almost got killed by cause of idiot driver.



I was at the same intersection as in the thread with the T/A accident if you guys remember. So I got out of class, got to the light and waiting for it to give me the walk sign. So it does, and I look to my left to make sure the lady going right in the intersection doesn't run me over. Sure enough, she stops half way into the intersection and I continue on my way.



About a second later I hear a huge BOOM and I turn around to see the lady hurling towards me. Yep, she got rear ended and is coming towards me. I was totaly shocked and just kinda froze for a second. By the time I managed to move, she stopped 30 inches from me.



The fool who hit her couldn't get into the left lane fast enough and caught her left rear and sent her towards me. See, there aren't two lanes on that street, ONLY ONE. But there are no markings or anything so people are jackasses and decide to use the bus lane as a car lane. Nobody would let the ******* get into the left lane so he decided to go for it and hit the chick.



Amazing, he was driving a brand new Astro pass. van, and the woman I think a Camry. I had my headphones on so I couldn't hear the crash very well but I heard enough.



Hey Damir, what did you do today.

Ah well, got up, took a shower and brushed my teeth. Went to school, had 2 classes and, oh oh, I almost died.

No kidding! I got sandwiched between a couple trucks at a stop light in my old subaru (2.5RS). In the movies there are all these sounds of twisting metal and such.... nothing like that just a short, very loud BANG, almost like a shotgun.
