i decided that i want to spend the money i have saved up on taking classes instead of buying a 7 (i cant right now anyways). i would like to spend it on basically anything car-related. would definately be most interested in welding tho. does anyone have suggestions on what i should take, and where i should take them?

get a part time job at autozone/advance auto, they will pay the fees for you to get ASE certified. you will have a much easier time finding an automotive job with that stupid little badge

usually when they pay for that you ahve to sign a contract saying that youll be working for them for a certain number of years.

no, they actually give you a raise, then hope you will stay around.



they only pay for the certification test the first time around though.

at my dealership your required to stay for a given number of years (depending on what training course they put you in) after you complete it.
