Yeah, haven't had much time to play, but hopefully this weekend I can get in some serious playing...

okay i'm kinda glad i'm not the only one. and freestyle i hear what you mean, catching up to friends leveling. i'd be playing rite now but servers are down for maintainence. gay. i have no sex life now, which my live in gf is not happy with. i fall asleep in front of the computer, just so i can start playing again as soon as i wake up.



all in all, its enjoyable.

after finals my roomate and i would play all day until like 8 am and then sleep till 3 and hten play again



we did that for like a week it was so fun...we packed the room with food....and people would visit...we were such nerds

BLAH! We don't care about Socom 2! Any FPS on PS2 is going to suck as far as accuracy, so yer headshots mean jack.



Nothing compares to a mouse and keyboard, and HL/CS for that matter!



As for FFXI, I'm nervous to get it lol. Not seriously, but I just know I'll turn out like you guys, and I can't afford that...I have a job...and go to college..and am a musician...

FF's always take over my life. Or what little time I have to do anything I want. FFX is doing that to me right now. I'm just about to go turn it on.



But I've played MMORPGs before, even the shitty gay ones, and they are still addicting.



I don't even want to imagine how nerd I will become playing an FF MMORPG.



**** FF4 took over my life when I was 11 years old. Of course I was still in elementary school, but whatever. I would be in my room eating cereal and playing FF4 for about 8 or 9 hours at a time every damn day.

haha, the few times i venture outdoors outside of work, to catch a few beers with my buddies, all we do is talk about ffxi.



the time we got killed by 4 linking gobs in the dunes, or the bogy that snuck up on us. or the 18 man party that died to one cure3'ing leecher. we all have a big laugh, let out a sigh, and realise we are truly nerds.

now im late for work, cuz i wanted to lvl up just once this morning, took two hours. if i had to do it again...? i would.

Ive played all of the FF series up to 11. Even the japanese only ones (Emulated). However, Ive only beat 1,5,6,7,and 9. I didn't think FF11 would be any good going from a set story line to MMO. Does it still have a good story?

Well 4 anyways. For the first like 5 hours of 8, I had to force myself to like it. Stupid magic "draw" system.
