Looks too complicated. I just bought the regular one from an auto parts store for cheap, and hold down the pressure-relief switch (that makes the needle stay in the highest point) while someone else cranks.

It's a great little piece, guy from rx8club made it. He's going to be incorporating some of my stuff into it (instant conversion of the compression to the proper rpm (converting a motor's compression at 296rpm down to 250rpm (the spec) changes it significantly). It's a nice compact simple setup which I've placed my own order for and will be using it at Mazda instead of the 90 years old one we have./ kevin. |
