So anyone wanna give odds if the AC company will come back out and do the job right tomorrow?



Here's the deal, I call the guy out from a trane dealer which works out of home depot. The guy shows up and the first thing he says about my existing system is that the lines are too small and the air handler is 26 years old. OK what's it gonna cost to fix it, he gives me a an estimate and 3 or 4 days later they show up.



First off they shanked my $60 digital thermostat and replaced it with a $10 pile of ****. Fine, fine whatever. Next they put a single speed air handler in instead of the multi speed, after looking into it I figure it's not the end of the world, I can actually run this one two speed with some minor changes to the PCB. but the kicker is, the cocksuckers didn't run the new lines, takes me a couple hours to figure this out, I call them and they basically tell me to get fucked. They don't want to come back out run the lines and recharge the system.



I call home depot, go round and round with them and thought they were just blowing me off, about 2 hours later I get a call from HD and they say they spoke to the owner and he will send someone out to fix it. I call him he says he'll be out Friday. Now I am just wonding what the odds of them acutally coming out here tonight are.

stay on home depot's ass and I bet they give you a healthy discount

Yea I am waiting, I ended up getting about $400 back on my bathroom cabinets cause they took so ******* long.



Gotta go order kitchen cabinets tomorrow.... fun stuff.
