I hate it when ppl just count to 3 or threaten with time out. My parents whooped my ass. And it made me the neurotic little ******* that I am today, I mean the responsible man I am today. At least I am not a farkin criminal like this generation is gonna grow up as. Little kids now are so bad. |

The count to 3 thing only works if there's an ass whipping waiting after 3. A time out might work, but don't send the kid to their room...there's plenty of **** to do there. Send them to the garage to huff paint or something.
Okay, so I'm being sarcastic. In seriousness, the one thing that bothers me most about parenting is empty threats. If your kids know that you'll threaten to punish them without following up, they'll walk all over you forever. |
