well, today, i met THE coolest 67 year old man on the face of this earth!!!!!



the day started out at about 11a.m. i got up and showered and dressed and alll the at good stuff, then went over to Karls house and we pulled the 13B-rew out of his FD, threw it in the back of his truck and headed out to Stergen Bay. we end our journy and a large steel shed. we get out of the truck and look around abit, seconds later a man walks out the side door and introduces him self. we say hi and head in with the up-most anticipation! as i enter the door i am captivated by 2 "stock" FD's. one white and the other yellow.



i walk up to the white one and see some very attractive piping! u guesed it, a FMIC!! this thing was just beautiful!! running with a Apex'i RX-6 turbine, and power FC to match!! its dynoed 380 hp at 14psi(he was running 1.1 bar today)and the mother of all rims......SSR COMPETITIONS!!!!



then i walk over to the yellow one, and there i am greeted by a very very inviting intake mani, it reads "3 ROTAR"!!!(dynoed 465hp at 10 psi, but has it set up to handle 25 psi with race gas!!, but today we wer just running 8.5psi due to the lack of tracktion anything else would have caused!!) imediatly a grin comes upon my face!! so i inspect the motors a bit more and then we unload the motor from the back of my buddies truck.



now is the good part, we get the motor out and the man asks if were ready to go for a ride!! Karl replys with a simple yes, and i, with a larg grin!! first we take the white one for a spin, he lets it warm up a bit and go for a drive, he accelrates and i start to smile thinking, wow this is pretty damn quick!! then the unthinkable happens...............BAM!!!!! HE FLOORS IT!!!!! and im lpushed into the seat!!, grin getting larger and larger as i sink backwards!!! this sucker FLYS!!!!



then we get back, and Karl goes for a ride. next, the 3 rotor!! he backs it out of the garage and it sounds as if an indy car or ferarri is in our pressence!! i let Karl go first this time and just appreciate the sound as it drives off. then i get a go, he stomps it right away and WHOLY ****!!!!! its like the SCAT (for thoes that have been to bay beach) i didnt try , but i bet i would've had quite the resistace pulling my head off of that seat while accelerating, and then in the blink of an eye, were at 120mph!!!!!!!!!!!!



then we went for aride in his A6 advant that was also moded(i think he has a problem with stock https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR lol) and even that thing gets up and goes with all three of us in there and the AWD!!!



and the best part is, i have been invited back to use his lift if i ever need to and he know some very rotary inteligent ppl so that should help me out in my build also!!



but for the FC, i think im gunna go a very very simalar route as he did wiht his white one https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
