Ok so i figured this is a general question b/c it is not from a specific 1st or 2nd gen car............its from both..........
1-i've taken my motor apart about 3 times allready and everytime i do .....I find this little screw on the fuel rail of my TII motor uncrewed all the way!!! just chillin inside the platic cover at the end of the rail https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif ....What is that screw for? I dont fell any diference in the car /fuel delivery/Etc with the screw all the way in or no screw in at all https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif But it seem to be some kind of regulator and this happened on my friends stock gsl se too????WTF? 2-and the other one the last time i took my motor apart i pulled all the oil jets or injectors with the vaccum or whatever lines atached to them, including that little round/black splitter or something where all the 4 lines go to. from each injector.and turn in to one.........is there an order or a specific hole for each one? or it doent matter? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif ...I pulled the vaccum lines out and now i dont know wich one goes where https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683664.gif Thanks guys https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png |
the pulsation dampner screw? if its out, could leak gas, starting an engine fire. S5 do not have the screw

oil injector vacuum lines, it doesn't matter. just as long as each one gets a line. I actually had one of the nipples on the black plastic thing break. I put a screw in the hole, put a vac Y off of one of the other 3, and ran it that way.
