Wink

Hey guys i know i havnt been a member for as long as you guys but since i joined tri7 (before i joined np.com), i joined just to meet people in my borough. Then i found out about np.com and i like it better. So ive noticed that you guys (vosko and turbovr6) have linked the two together and thats a smart idea. I joined tri7 and i dont know anyof the members besides a few. I dnt know who is only a np.com member and who is a tri7 member which some are both. We should have a list of all the members where theyre located and what kinda cars they have and what mods. I know the tri7 website got one but im not upthere and i know alot of people who are not even active no more. So i know u guys are working on updating the site and how the club runs and i am all for that. I want to help. I have experience running krews (gaffiti, crime etc) so ill take this new challenge of a rotary club even thoughi maynot be as knowlegable as some of you but i learn quick so we need to get tri7 really superly organized and i think the first few steps ive seen are working out pretty good. so let me know what we can do.

i would like to run the the greater ghetto nyc area. I know my slumz lol SO let me know what u think and what i can do to help.

with so many post in all different sections is hard to keep up with wahts going on. Maybe everyone on the yahoo groups section should just be moved directly to np.com since here theyre is muchbetter ways to interact wit ure fellow tri7 members ok

thanks for reading this long as ****

1) monthly meets on first sunday of every month

2) alternating meets between nj area and NY/Long Island Area.

3) BBQ's and other club get togthers like at e-town and atco.

4) List of Active Members/cars/mods/ and tendency to come to meets.

5) divide club into chapters with prez and vice prez.

1. we have decided to do monthly meets, and it would seem fair to alternate location by month. I would like to make it 2 set locations though, so everyone will only have to figure out directions once.

2. The BBQ and race events will be on as usual

3.we will be putting togheter a formal list once we get our site up

4. there will be chapters which is why I asked for voulenteers from their areas. They will be in charge of that chapter.

Everyone must understand that while we will be including tri-7 members into out events and such, we are still a seperate organization. So it will take a bit of time to get everything organized and set in place.

Thanks

Jay

Ok here we GO.

The tri-7 club is a real mess. The "owner" wael -el dasher keeps taking about improving and **** but he does'nt do ****, never even comes to meets. Numerous times vosko and I asked him for some controll of the club since we do 99% of the activities. All our requests fall on deaf ears. So Vosko and I decided to branch out and do our own thing. Thats why this forum has been changed. Tri-7 has been moved , and our new club "North East Rotary Association" was born.

Basically everything will be better. Our gameplan is to bring our members to a level that could not be achieved bt the tri-7. Monthly meets, regional reps, more say by the members about everything.

All the mmets have been in NJ cuz Vosko and I are the only ones to formally step forward and plan ****, so we did it in the area we know. Now with reps from all over the region, events can be planned in theese regions as well. We will have a new website up soon. member's list, member's rides, events listings ect.

Oh yes other problems. The tri-7 site has never been updated, vosko and I voulenteered to do that too, and nothing. When the no pistons forum was made the unnoficial home for tri-7 "Wael" was not to happy, calling any forum just a place to waste time and scroll through BS. Well guess what? 95% of the tri-members use the forums!!!

Latly he has been talking about hiring someone to re-do the site. OK whatever, I hope it works out, but I doubt anything will come of it, since I have heard the talk before. All talk no action.

The straw that broke the camel's back was when he suggested to make it a all mazda club, not just rotary, well after a harsh responce by me, and I assume many others, he threw out that idea. But now wnan't to start a second all mazda club and try and make it national. So he has no time to update the site, has no time to make it to 1 meet, but he can start another club.

In a private e-mail to him I suggested a montlhy meeting, regional reps, ect. HE had no def. responce, then a few days later he posts theese things on the tri-7 list as if they were his ideas. I don't do what I do here for recognition, or praise, but it's nice to give credit where credit is do. If it was'nt for Vosko and I doing things for the club for the past 3 years, it would mostlikly be defunkt by now
