Since I am in a posting mood tonite, here is my 3rd topic:
I cant look at this site at work. Some of you guys got great Avatars, but imagine having a female co-worker walk by, and have her ask you if you are looking at porn... Hey Phins, is there a way you can make a button that says 'Work'? We can press it, and it doesnt show any avatars or pics. That way I can look at this site a lot more often. Whatcha think? |
good point... was thinking about that today myself...
:monkydance: <--- monkey put here for Dave... |
you can turn off avatars in your control panel i think... let me double check
|
its under board settings you CAN change it and sigs too :p
|
good call vosko. does that mean i have that nude pic of tila ngyuen in my avatar again?
|
I should probably do that too...can't be too careful, as I work with almost all women.
|
Ummm, looks like I am not needed in this topic LOL
Thanks for being on the ball vosko. |

oh my those 2 screens are cool
|
A guy I work with was checking out multiple screen setups, on ebay I think, and came across a 10 flat panel setup for $5000...I wonder if I can find the pic.
|
I have duals on my home system, not flat panel, but dual 21 inch monitors. You just need a dual head video card, for flat panels you need the dual head flat panel, which I think my car may even do it just needs the adapters.

ok now i'm jealous :bigok: i had the same set-up on my old computer, and i'm going to be putting my new computer up with the same set-up. i have 2-17" CRT monitors, that will eventually be replaced with LCD once i get the money. hey... that's what i can do with the money my dad said he'd be willing to spend on me for a computer (he said $500 for a new computer, but bought one from work for $50, and he still is willing to spend $450 on other stuff for it) |

i wish i had the money to run duals. u guys are ******* cool It doesn't cost much to run dual's. all you have to have is 2 monitors, a video card that will support 2 monitors (mine supports 3), and an adapter for the hookups (if ur cards are like mine). all that will only run you (with brand new CRT monitors) is around $300 (if u go with the cheaper ones) or $500+ for LCD's (19"). |
