Can i use the stock gsl-se drive shaft when i do my swap? i'm using the tii transmission.

You need the front cover from the GSL-SE and the oil pan.

The swap is as expensive as you want it to be. At a minimum you will need the engine/trans/intercooler/ignition/harness and a new driveshaft.
