Been looking on the Net for ITB's and a Dry-Sump for an RX8 Renesis, but can't find anything.

Do these products exist for this engine?

Brand new to Rotaries, so go easy on me! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/blush.gif

DIY! Motorbike throttlebodies and hack up the sump thats on it!

Hmmm... not sure about bike TB's. In fact, not sure about ITB's in general. Had a look at the induction ports on the block - what on earth is going on there? Holes everywhere!

Howcome?

I'm new to rotaries, so am struggling with the 'quirkyness'...

On a 4-cylinder engine, fitting ITB's to 4 equal spaced / sized in-line ports is easy. From what I can see on my Renesis, I have 6 ports - 2 small round one's each with a large round one below it, and 2 small oblong one's in the centre. Making an equal length manifold for that little lot is going to be fun!

Suzuki tb's are seperate so you can have em any distance apart.

Done a bit of digging around and the general consensus from the 'experts' is that a Renesis engine would NOT benefit from independant throttle bodies.

If that's what the race engineers say, then it's good enough for me!

Dont get confused between turbo setups and non-tubro ones. Talk to tyson on here, he had a similar setup iirc.

yeah actually the port timing is different on the ports, so you dont want equal length.
