if you were to get a datalogit, it again opens up more channels of discussion in the datalogit yahoo group. Alot of people, like Chuck Westbrook, have been wideband testing and posting results using the PFC. Even just a casual search might help you see what people are tuning for, timing adjustments, fuel etc.

I like the haltec, but went with the PFC mainly due to the plug in feature and not having to rewire anything. I've like the PFC and compared to my M2 and old stock unit with the PFS PMC, it's a lot better in terms of resolution and tuning ease.

The PFC really hit the jackpot with the datalog kit. Sure would have made things easier for me had they offered that back when I was trying ECU's. At the time Haltech was the best option to fine tune and datalog your car, but boy was the harness a nightmare to setup.

I sorry to say this, but go to the PFC forum at http://www.rx7club.com/. There is much wealth of knowledge there and also under the SINGLE TURBO Forum.

Both have tuning documents made by senior members that are mainly PFC related.

The PFC is very easy to tune. The DATALOGIT allows even more tuning but most importantly it allows logging. The things that make it hard is the same for any ECU, understanding what change affects what and how much. This you only learned through reading and trying.

For one of the docements in mentioned, contact me directly so I can mail it to you as the forums only has an earlier version of it and it was too large to post as one piece.

Not sure if you're new to the rx7club like you are here, but welcome. Also most of us already are aware of what info they have available there. And you are replying/quoting to a post that was posted a year ago.

When I changed my selection criteria to see only the last five days of post in a previous forum here, I expected this site to keep that info for other forums as I went to them. Smart forum sites do that!

But no, this site doesn't, and I failed to notice this late last night.

Now I know to watch out for this!
