So i'm swapping my haltech e6k to Wolf 3D V4 plus.

Any tips or stuff I should know off. I'm ready for a new toy and some of the new features the wolf has.

Thanks

the trick thing would be to repin the haltech harness you already have so it plugs into the wolf?

I don't think the harness would match up would it?

change the ends on the harness?

I'm just going to start from scratch. The wolf has such a nice harness, plugs are very nice, The trigger wire is no joke, is much more shield than the haltech. I want to keep my haltech harness intact so it has a better resale value.

The only different of this harness is that it didnt' come labeled like the haltech did. I have to label it and make sure I have the right colors.

i wonder why so many people have tirgger problems with the haltech harness when the stock harness even with bare wires seems to be fine?

Is gotta be the way the wire is routed and grounded. I placed a shield over it and ground did it and the problem went away.

I just took out th eother side of the harness. I have the Wolf3dV4 plus. The extra harness has a pic for also sync. Do I use that one of the one on the regular plug. I notice the wire on the plus plug is very short, Is this normal?

Your Wolf3D can't control the stock trailing toggle.

This means you need to get a two channel ignitor to fire the trailings.

Thanks Ted. I didn't do my hw. I'll be installing a 3rd gen ignitor soon. Right now it runs good on leading for the mean time.
