Unhappy

Okay, so I'm stripping my block for the inevitable E6X install... and I suddenly realize that I have no clue what to do with the two ports by the oil filler neck. The lower port, which is on the center housing at the base of the oil filler neck, goes (well, went) to the PCV which apparently vents that into the intake manifold OR provides vacuum/pressure from the intake manifold to that port... I'm not sure which. The upper hose off the oil filler neck I'm pretty sure is just for ventilation of gas fumes and water vapor which can occur there. These formerly had lines running to the intake and the charcoal cannister, with a line running back to the gas tank. The question is now: what do I do with these three open lines:

1. The upper oil neck port for basic venting.

2. The lower oil neck port for ???

3. The vent return line to the gas tank

Am I required to get a catch can now? Where does it hook up? And if not, what are the consequences / optimal solutions?
