I thought that Autronic was more costly than Haltech.

are you possible thinking of microtech ? those are VERY inexpensive

dac 06-28-2002 07:20 PM

No I just saw one on E-bay and the price was really cheap. I couldn't find the retail price but it looks like a Haltech Clone.

Heard of it, dont know much about, stick with my Haltech. I see a much better following with it.

In general Mircotech are 1/2 the price of the haltec systems.

Haltec offer alot more fuctions, but alot are the sort of fuction you will never use.

A friend of mine has a Microtech that he gave up on because he couldn't tune it. So I may try it out.

I was just thinking you guys in the states must have a lot harder time getting help/tuners with all these aussie ECU's

the microtech are the most popular ECU over here, due to there price more than anything.

But alot of frount running drag and circut cars are running them.

I had a MT8 running my 12aT and it was great!
