Curious as to why you didn't get the Terminated harness?

Looks like a lot of connections to put together. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

That's a good question. I've always wondered why alot of people don't get the terminated harness. Making a good harness takes a LONG time.

i heard some bad things about the terminated harness. turborotor made his own harness and it turned out great. i would rather have the option to do everything how i want and where i want and also know its done correctly https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

On the terminated harness you still have to cut a few connectors off to make it fit and work on the FC. I've also heard is extra long.

It does take a little longer to make the connectors but I was able to do it my own way for simplicity if I ever have to pull the engine and stuff like that.

You should do it yourself vosko, so all ito has to do is plug it in and start the engine. hehe

I've worked with the terminated harness. The only problem was the extra connections that weren't needed.

Hey, we want vosko's car done before the 4th of July. Let Ito do it.https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

lol.....the e6k is beautiful isn't it? I used the fully terminated wiring harness and it made the job alot easier... only had to customize the crank angle sensor....everything else went very smoothly...hardest part was figuring some things out cause the book doesn't exactly explain everything...which car is it going in? I assume the 3rd gen....

but as far as I'm concerned the fully terminated wiring harness was the best 125 dollars i ever spent...took us a little over 30 hours to do the install
