ok im putting a new rebuild engine with a near monsterous port in my 88 TII im also hopfully going to ugrade my turbo i no i need to put larger injectors in does any one any suggestions for what i should do to my computer

if youve got a big port and turbo, then you can pretty much just put larger injectors in there and keep the stock ecu.

it would run fine on stock ecu and just larger injectors? i thought youd need at least basic fuel management.

running 550/720cc setup with possibly a hybrid for now. (it's a project car im helping out on)

thats exactly wut i am going to run im my setup i have been looking at the stage 2 rtek7 ecu upgrades and have decided to use it as my computer being that it runs off a palm pilot and is damn near a stand alone unit with out all the money and extra bulshit to come along next is finding a place that will turn my t3 turbo in to a hybrid t3/t4 if any one knows some where in northern Jersey or any where near by let me no

any helpful suggestions are welcomed

theres a shop car locally thats running 680/720's on a stock ecu with a greddy turbo kit, its rich cruising, but it handles the power fine

t3/t4.... Smaller than stock?

no t3 is stock and a hybrid t3/t4 is a t3 inlet and a t4 outlet witch is a bigger turbo very good for lower rpms and higher rpms still need to find a place to make me a turbo any sugestions let me know

even on a large street ported motor? thats the only thing im unsure about. cause i was figuring around 10psi with an s5 turbo (currently he has an s4 turbo) and the block we have is an s4 t2 block thats a large street port. i was thinking 550/720 injectors. the manifolds are port-matched too.

so you think it would work fine on stock ecu? probably just have some missing power until going to an upgraded ecu huh?

his old motor was stock port, with a greddy turbo kit, and ic. 680/720's on the stock ecu.

with a ported engine you might want an safc or somthing, just to round it out?
