Hey all. MY 93 FD has a horrible 3k hesitation and runs like **** if it is not completly warm.

I want the Apexi Power FC but it is a little out of my price range at the moment. Is the E-Manage system a good alternative?

Thanks!

Tripp

powerFC is way BETTER. if you can just buy the PFC unit now and buy the commander later

Without the commander, will the stock settings be ok? The only mods I have right now are downpipe, catback, ACT S/S clutch and a fresh engine core.

yup it will be VERY safe . its gonna run rich but it should run really smooth

Well I guess I should try to save up for the FC then.

As usual Vosko, you have been a great help. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683894.gif

The E-manage will end up costing you more than the Power FC in the long run. The E manage box it nothing more than a overgrown S-AFC

In order to change maps you will need a computer and the software which costs extra. In order to get speed cut you will need a module and for most other mods you will need to buy a module. The only car that they make a harness for is a GT-R.....go figure. this will require you to splice into your cars wiring. I would stay away from E- manage.

im pretty sure your car is hesitating at 3k because your secondary injectors need to be cleaned but the pfc would be a good call anyway
