Would it be ok to use it and keep it at 10psi?

if you can keep it at 10psi you can run the stock ecu. it should be fine

exactly what changes would need to be made because of a FMIC........I dont see anychanges that would be necessary. It could allow you to run a little more aggressive timing in areas but your gonna have to look at that anyway because every engine is different.
