I was thinking of buying the AEM EMS. Anybody got one? How easy is it to use? Does it do anything automatically?

I've heard good things about it coming from a guy using one on his supra.

I was hoping to get something I could do myself. I don't want to have to run to some overpriced shop everytime I need to tweak something a little bit.
