Just got back from the dyno and I am extremely excited. The car made 769rwhp wich is about 90 more rwhp the my previous 682.

This was all accomplished on c116 race fuel turbo only and stock 2mm seals. Check out the dyno sheet. I just want to thank Rus for helping me along the way with the tec3 and my boys erniet and joe for motivating me to get off my ass and get back to the dyno.

just needs tuning. 20psi on pump gas is hard to tune!

well i need a tranny rebuild or replacement trans but more important is the tuning. i can run an 11 on a tuned car with busted trans

image4you2see 08-22-2003 12:39 AM

Ya can i be behind vosko for a nice tune up????? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683894.gif

rotor_dee 08-22-2003 12:40 AM

I due take some work. I kinda pic the projects I want to work on. I wouldn't mind doing a couple of single turbo conversions over the winter.

Vosko you are a brave man running 20psi on pump leave that to the professionals https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

Seriously no need to go that high on pump i have made as much as 470rhp on 13psi its all in turbo selection. If you want to make decent power in a street car on low boost it can be done.

it hasn't blown up yet... i was running 15psi which is pretty powerful. that is how i made the 459rwhp.... but i figure 20psi on pump gas should be around 525rwhp!

D, i'll send you a PM

rx7machine 08-22-2003 09:51 AM

Demetrios- nice #'s. How big is that turbo?

rotor_dee 08-22-2003 10:33 AM

It is very large https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png and we due run some serious boost to uptain these numbers but with careful tuning and a dependable engine management system like the tec III we are able to get good reliablibilty while still operating on the edge https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png not to use this as a advertisement but if any fellow racers want to build a race car or a project vehicle I will sell duplicate my exact setup to anyone that is interested.

rbrtech 08-22-2003 11:13 AM

im interested de let me know some info can you pm me with your number. I had it before but lost it

FikseRxSeven 08-24-2003 11:03 AM

rotor_dee 08-25-2003 07:06 PM

rx7machine 08-25-2003 09:42 PM

Already on the way? So, what's the set up going to be like?

mazdadrifter 08-25-2003 09:53 PM

your power comes on very smooth with little to no "blips" in power, and seems like the a/f is rock steady, very nice tuning!!!! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683329.gif https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683473.gif

rxchx7 08-25-2003 10:03 PM

that is a beautiful thing

Fd3BOOST 08-25-2003 10:32 PM

You inspired me to stop selling off my parts car and build it up instead.

I would really love some help when it comes time to tune it.

It would be next year at the earliest at this point.

Dave

rx7machine 08-26-2003 02:07 AM

I wish I had your money Dave.. I mean hell, I don't even have my one FD fixed up the way I want it and hear you are fixing up another one. That's badass.

rotor_dee 08-28-2003 06:05 PM

The set up for the street car will pretty much be my motor/turbo/engine management in ernies car to compete in the street class. As soon as he gets off his butt and gets to work https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png
