Cold cold cold last night at Capital. Did manage one run of 12.09 @ 116 but mostly traction problems. Last week I ran 12.06 @ 114 and hoped to hit the 11s this week, but alas, 'twas not to be. Also succeded in losing reverse and 5th, the only 2 gears I don't abuse!

Still running stock sequential turbos & the cat.

nice times, was this on street tires?

tcb100 12-12-2002 06:25 PM

"Street tires" as in Mickey Thompson ET Streets. I really have not tired to launch on my Michelin Pilots since my first day at the track, but fact is nothing helps in late November, at night, in the Washington, D.C. area. I could not get a 60' time below 1.75 even with the ET Streets & I was all over the track. To make it worse it was test and tune with no class racing that night so they never stickied up the track.

Oh well, Spring is coming.
