hey i just had my car tuned with a PFC and had a koyo rad installed last thursday at KDR in penn. the first 4 runs were the 2 settings i have on the pfc and the 5th run dave did for me to try and suprise me the next morning with a 300hp run. he turned up the boost to 13lbs and ran the car in the morn wiith 19 degree intake temps. we came close but just missed the mark heh i was happy anyway. i love dave. by far the most honest and good hearted mechanic i have ever known.

oh yea if anyone is looking for a stock ecu or rad both are in very good shape just pm me if ur interested

good numbers. get a freaking catback. RB Dual Tip https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
|
go no cat and pay your insepect guy. I can say that cause I live in ..cough , weeez....sniffle LA.
Besides us you guys in Jersey set the environmental mess standards. I can say that too cause ummm... its true. Good run , enjoy the new power and post some kills. |
is it me or does that graph look very unsmooth like the car has a lot of problems. huge breakup at 4.5K, very unsmooth etc. But those are very nice numbers for the amount of mods you have.
|
he has sequential turbos.... one kicks on at 4.5k rpm... that is why the graph looks like that https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png
|
yea vosko im looking to get the rb dualtip as soon as i pull my ass outta debt for this shizzle nizzle. how much hp does the stock clutch handle cause right now i cant even floor it in first gear without losing traction or having the clutch slip a bit. :( i havent had any trouble with any other gears though
|
generally speaking stock clutch is good till 300hp..... after that its all downhill LOL
act street strip all the way! |
u would have most likely tipped past the 300hp mark had u used higher octane fuel...
|
yea im gonna have to save up for a clutch soon.
amp, i was using 93 for the dyno would 94 have made much of a dif or are u talking like octane boosters and getting it to 100 |

Nice numbers man. :bigthumg:
|
i blew my motor boostn 15psi on the street ...racein in ny...
|
the old engine with stock turbos right ?
|
i dont know where in NY you're located but buy a nice sized drum, and go to one of the sunoco gas stations with the 100 octane unleaded race gas and fill it up, then you have a nice drum of race gas for those trips to the racetrack or dyno, or whenever you need it.

Make sure you check Dave's map. I saw one his maps for Wael that had 22 cells of negative split in it!!! Negative split, as in, the trailing fires before the leading! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...O_DIR#>/11.gif |

Dude. Mine doesn't look like that. And I don't have ignition breakup, either.
