Does anybody know how good a 13b carbed is in the winter when over here it hits -35?I might have to drive mine for a couple of months till I get a winter beater. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...O_DIR#>/11.gif Any help is appreciated.
Thanx |
There's a waiter at a local restaurant I go to for breakfast who has a carbed RX-7 and he drives it all winter. I've seen a few carbed RX7's in the Windsor area and I'm sure it's no different then any other carbed vehicle...sometimes they are moody though..mainly American one.

****...didn't read your profile...hot and cold start removed...may have some issues.
Last winter up in Bancroft for the rally of the tall pines I stayed at the same motel as all the drivers and this guy in an early 80 volvo (carb) had a bitch of a time getting his beast to start. It may involve you having to sit outside with your foot on the gas pedal for about 5 minutes while it idles. Spike |
