Well finally Pete has something to be proud of. One of the big topics in the other forum was people doubting the Dyno numbers that XS engineering was getting from thier turbo kits.



Pete now is puttin 515 to the wheels with race gas and this weekend at Palmdale ran a 10.6 @ 127mph. Remember this is a high altitude track so times are slower than at sea level.



The car is using T04 based turbo kit(not sure if still the S he was debating going larger), Power FC, Apex FMIC, ported motor by Pete and 3mm apex seals.

yeah i saw that. xs did a good job with that car. only problem is think if anyboy else tries they won't get near that much power unless they are close to XS for tuning.

Actually people can get that type of performance but the question is do they want to. Pete does not street drive that car and if someone wanted a ticket magnet then they could still do it.



For all you guys looking for performance one of the final keys that helped Pete was switching sparks plugs. XS was having problems with ignition and switched to the HKS Iridium plugs.



Yes Nippon Denso makes them for HKS but you can only get them from HKS. Some contract btwn HKS and ND. The things are like $36 ea. retail but they work awsome.

BTW....I fouled to sets of these piece of **** plugs. Once I was just driving on the street and fouled 3 of them. Thankfully I wan't into boost at the time. Those plugs downright suck ass. NGK all the way for me.

I use regular old cheap NGK BUR9EQ's and I haven't had any problems.
