Who have pineapple racing oil pan?

Hey I am looking for anyone who have installed pineapple racing oil and also does it really seal to the engine preventing oil leak? Also if u have any pictures of installed? thanks alot,

They also strengthen up the motor quite a bit. I guess when you bolt a 10mm thick aluminum plate to the bottom of the motor, it makes it a bit difficult to flex.

I dont think 10mm alloy flange would stiffen engine at all. In a japananse catalog i have , all the plates that you bolt between engine and original sump are 16mm steel or chromemolyand only have small cut outs for oil draining through , pickup and front reg and require tapping engine to m8 instead of m6.

also, I think you would need to put studs into the holes on the block. That, corresponding with a TIGHT fitting BILLET (not cast) peice will stranghten the motor.



I'm sure that pan does something, but it isnt optimal...

okay...then it increases oil capacity and can allow for faster oil cooling

that is like the third pic i have seen where someone has broken that pan by street driving. also on my friends fd it hangs about an inch lower then the subframe. plus he had to shave his motor mounts to make it fit. anyways i dont like them
