i just installed greddy elbow everything was easy, nothing to it other that the 4 bolts and some couplers but i realized the stock elbow has a bung for a hose leading somewhere behind and under the UIM.
where does it go? what does it do? how do i cap it/get rid of it/attach it? why does freestyle smell like old doritos? |

AWS...remove sys. install blockoff plate, put resistor in connector, replumb coolant line (all other steps I didn't feel like typing, like remove uim, etc...).
There might be a slack way to do it?!?! |
Plug it.

It is the AWS system (Automatic Warm Up) used to help warm the car up in cooler weather. Most aftermarket ECUs do not use it. You can remove the hose and cap the air pipe with a rubber cap and clamp.
