If you have the stock intercooler, the "Best" intake you can buy is another used stock airbox. It can easily be modify it to source ambient (cold air) from the nose of the car instead of scavenging it from the intercooler duct. Just cut a slot out of the bottom of the box that corresponds to the gap you see beside the upper radiator hose and chassis "frame" rail directly below the box. Then add a K & N drop-in filter and your set. When I had mine, I also used a little silicone to secure some plastic screen over the cut-out which keeps some bugs and debris out and the filter cleaner longer.
There's not much "WOW" factor to it, but there will be NO aftermarket intake system that will perform any better with the stock intercooler for a number of reasons...it shields the intake air from radiant underhood heat, it sources air from outside the engine compartment without additional shielding, it provides both turbos with all the air they need (better/quicker spool up), it obviously accomodates all OEM components and is invisible if you have visual inspections for emissions, it's cheap (you can pick up a good used stock airbox for not much more than the cost of shipping), and you can block off the hole in the top of the stock intercooler duct which forces more air through your intercooler for increased efficiency/lower charge temps.
You will also see very little or no hp increase from changing out things like the BOV.
