Upgrade all those plastic hoses your car came with. That was the first thing done to mine!

But what sixe of hoses will i need to buy to replace with silicone? 3/8", 5/16" etc?? and how much should i buy of each anyways??

IMO, it's easiest to just buy a kit with all the various sizes. They give you a bit extra and IIRC it even comes with some zip-ties, a couple of cutters and a diagram.

also God forbid that your motor begins to over heat with a new A.S.T, radiator hoses and downpipe but just in case get an aftermarket water temp guage because the stock one either sucks or the sending unit sucks either way the stock temp guage system has three postitions: cold, warm and you cooked the motor and its too late to pull over! so get a greddy one or something like that defi maybe? doesn't matter really just not the stock one!

yeah my motor is being rebuilt this weekend!! its my first time rebuilding one so wish me luck! I am going to street port my engine also with my templates I bought! Since i am porting my motor would it be wise to still use the sequential turbo's or do the mod and go non-seq? I have pretty much every bolt on known for my car! just still running stock twins cause i love them! :-)
