I'm keeping my FD stock, just until I have some more cash. I will be maintaining the stock twins, whether sequential or non-sequential, until they blow. Is the Walbro 255 l/hr pump any good? What modifications are required to put it in? Can I run on the stock fuel system, stock boost with it?
Thanks doods! |
yes to all of the above. it is a bolt in unit. takes about 15minutes to install. you can get it from loi @ sportcarmotion . the walbro is good to about 350rwhp..... so it is a very nice unit! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

I was hoping. Thats what I have now also.
I havent put it in yet ofcoarse https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png |
I'm going to have to diagree with Vosko on that 350 rwhp...maybe 350 rwhp with the pump voltage at 6 volts, but if you run the voltage up to what the alternator is putting out, you'll pump out way more fuel than 350 rwhp.
If you DO put the walboro pump in, remember to put in a relay that does away with the 6/12 volt switch and goes to 12 volts with the ignition on. |
i like to err on the low side https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
