How can you find out information about your car with your VIN #. I usually take my car to get serviced at a specialty auto repair place here in Atlanta. The owner had a question about something getting done and had to call the Mazda Dealer. Anyway, the Dealer asked for the VIN # of the car for some reason. They told the shop owner that my car was actually a 92 and probably one of the first RX7s here in the US.
Is there anywhere on the internet or somewhere that you can find this information on your car with the VIN#. Please let me know. Thanks |

what were they doing? the electronic parts catalog, will tell you exactly what part fits the car if you put the vin number in. it makes getting the wrong part a lot harder. the vin number doesnt really mean much, if you give me the last 6 i can give you the first 12. is the last 6, a really low #? there were no 93 rx7's made in the calender year of 1993, they were all built in 91 and 92.
