If you don't want a lot of lag, use a large downpipe, and don't use a massive compressor wheel...

Doesn't the size of DPs are limited?? And does it really make much of a difference?

They may be from other companies https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.gif. We won't make anything less than 3.5. The norm for most customers now is 4" dp/mp. We won't do any larger unless we have the chassis at our shop as its it gets pretty tight when you do 5"+. The difference is quite large, so is the price tag LOL..

HOLY crap! 5" DP/MP?? Thats pretty damn big. Is there big difference between 3 and 5 inch DP/MP?? I would think for spool it wouldn't make too much different.. maybe at the high end?? Just asking as I don't have experience running 5 inch DP/MP.

To big with not enough airflow is not going to help at all, it will actually hurt. I'm not sure at what flow you need to up the size, but a 4 or 5 inch dp seems like something you would only put on a high high hp car say 1000+hp. 5" is humungo gigantic, and no way does a 13b need that.
