I just did mine with the engine in the car. Since yours is out of the car things will be much easier. The heat sheild bolts are very brittle. I broke one taking em off. There are several 14mm nuts that hold the turbos to the very short exhuast manifold. These are located toward the bottom of the turbos. They are attached to bolt studs that go to the exhaust manifold. I f I recall there are 6 of those nuts to take off one of them is a 12 mm. Then there are two bolts about 3 inches long in the same area to take off. You also have two oil lines to disconnect and two collant lines to disconnect along with the vac lines too. let me know if you need anything else. I just did mine this seek so eventhing is fresh in my memory.

One more thing, spray those nut sna blots down with PB or liquid wrench to help loosen things up. Sometime a hand held torch works and the bolts come right out. I wols also recomend replacing all the nuts, bolts and studs. Cost me about $30 at Napa to get new ones.
