Is There A Difference Between 93-95 Ecu's

I bought j-spec 13bre for my rx3 but i dont need the ECU. would anyone be able to tell me if there is a difference between the 93, 94, and 95 model ECU's. I would like to sell it but i dont want to post the wrong information.
