Hey guys post your suspension setup for your 3rd gen up here and what you would suggest to be a good all around suspension. i am looking around at some and want to know what you guys are running and what is working good. thanks https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

I run Ground control C/Os, 800/600 spring rates and koni yellows on my track car... w/ a Tripoint adjustable front swaybar and lots of bracing.
|
Mines stock at the moment but have been looking at the new Apexi and the Buddy Club as well as the Tein Flex. Will be getting something soon. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

I run the ground control coilovers with 550/400lb springs front/rear with koni yellows.
I LOVE the way the car drives with the shocks on full soft. It is comfortable yet firm, highway driving is smooth and easy. |
Unless you are VERY well versed in suspension tuning and doing so to run the car hard on a road course..... the higher end CO's are a waste of money IMO.

GAB Super 'R' 8-ways with Eibach; 550/450. These came with the car and it's my understanding it was a kit that M2 sold, I think for autocross. (now discontinued) Also have the Tri-point adjustable front sway, stock R1 rear sway. LOVE them on smooth asphalt, annoyingly harse every place else.
|
I have the GAB coil overs and the racingbeat swaybars. Car handles like it's on rails, not to rough on the bumps either.

I just put on my Buddy Club coilovers I got from Chuck last summer. Hopefully get a shakedown run on them next month, gotta get on the track in May.

Just throwing this out there since I haven't seen anyone mention them, what about Tanabe suspensions? I hear the Pro RR is pretty aggressive for circuit.

Eibach pro-series springs and Tokico 5-way Adjustable Shocks.
